The Costa Brava
The Costa Brava is located 100 km from Barcelona, with fast connections to the international airports of Barcelona and Girona.
The temperature on the Costa Brava
Costa Brava has a warm temperature of 28º C in summer and an average water temperature of 23ºC. It usually starts raining slightly by the end of August. The winters are sunny but colder with some wind. In general, the Costa Brava has an average annual temperature of 18ºC and the sun reigns for 287 days a year.

In the Costa Brava there is little new construction. However, there are a lot of small flats near the sea or great family houses with swimming pool and green gardens on the second line of the beach. The terrain is rugged and mountainous but the proximity to Barcelona adds value to the properties. As you can find many second homes in Barcelona and Girona.
There are still many charming villages and properties to be found on the Costa Brava such as Begur, Tamariu, Llançà. Traditional fishing villages such as l’Escala or Sant Pere Pescador or medieval and quieter villages such as Tossa de Mar.
The Costa Dorada
Costa Dorada is located just south of the city of Tarragona, in proximity to excellent connections such as the international airport of Barcelona at just 100km or Reus at about 20km. The AVE (high speed train), with connections to all major Spanish cities, or the A-P7 motorway are also very accessible.

The Costa Dorada has it all, an excellent Mediterranean climate with average annual temperatures of 20ºC. Warm temperatures in winter and slightly warmer in summer 29ºC. The sun reigns 290 days a year and therefore there’s little to no rain.

The Costa Dorada is home to the Roman city of Tarragona, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and the Port Aventura amusement park that gets visited by approximately 5 million people a year.
Gastronomic culture, fishing and water sports are what you can find in this quieter costa. With 92km of coastline, the Costa Dorada has some of the finest, most delicate, golden sand beaches and the clear turquoise water could as well be that of a tropical island. The Costa Dorada is ideal for those who are looking for peace and quiet in a family like atmosphere, spend some free time with walks on one of the great seafront promenades, lay on the large unsaturated beaches or make trips to nearby cities.

The construction quality is high and harmonious. There are apartments on the beach or houses with a swimming pool in urbanizations a few meters from the beach. Here we find a great number of houses for modest budgets and you have the advantage of being able to arrive by car from the north of Europe. It is a holiday area in Spain where we find a mixture of national owners from Madrid, Zaragoza or the Basque Country, but also German and French owners.
Costa Dorada has locations for all ages, like Salou and Calafell, or quieter areas like Torredembarra, Cambrils, l’Atmella de Mar.
Costa Azahar
The Costa del Azahar begins at the natural border of the Ebro Delta and ends 130km further in the beautiful city of Valencia. You can reach the Costa del Azahar via the AP-7 motorway along the coast, by train or by plane via the international airports of Valencia, Reus or even Barcelona.

This Costa is dotted with towers, imposing medieval castles that watch over the wonderful plains, meadows and beaches that stretch along the Mediterranean coast. It’s the homeland of the most delicate flower used to create perfumes, the orange blossom.
The Costa del Azahar also has golf courses, wonderful excursions to discover medieval enclaves and their cultural traditions. You can go diving in the indigo sea or enjoy typical gastronomy linked to the Mediterranean Sea: paella, seafood and fish.

The Costa del Azahar has a mild climate throughout the year, with a fairly warm winter, little rain and average temperatures of 14 º C. In summer temperatures go up to about 30 º C. Rainfall is usually typical in autumn and spring periods but is still rare.

Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca is in the south-east of Spain, below the Costa del Azahar in Valencia and it stretches from Denia to Torrevieja via the wonderful city of Alicante. The airport of Alicante or even Valencia accommodates the travellers who visit it every year. The coast has more than 200 kilometres of white beaches contrasting with the intense blue and sometimes turquoise sea that surrounds them.

Costa Cálida
The Costa Calida is in the southeast of Spain, between the Costa Blanca and the Costa de Almeria. With 250 km of beautiful white sand beaches, cliffs and a mostly calm but always intense indigo blue sea, this coast will certainly catch your eye.

The Costa Calida has 315 days of sunshine a year. Although the summer is somewhat excessive with 30-35 ºC, winter and autumn become a European paradise where we would all like to be. Why? Because the minimum temperatures do not go below 12-14 º C and there’s an average annual temperature of 18 º C. Costa Calida only has 50 days of rain throughout the year. That’s where the coast got the name ‘calida’ from. It’s one of the favourite areas for the inhabitants of northern European countries.

Due to its large extension and its scarce mountainous area, there are magnificent new buildings with sea views, newly built villas with infinity pools and small apartments with charming communal pools and gardens. Costa del Sol
This Costa, located in Andalusia, covers about 300 km of coastline and is full of beautiful towns and cities that have been home to many tourists from northern Europe since the 1960s. The Costa del Sol became the reference place (it-place) for royalty, nobility and “jetset” in the 60s and 80s. The international airport of Marbella offers the entrance to millions of tourists a year in search of an inimitable lifestyle, also accessible by road via the AP-7.

Costa del Sol has a mild climate in winter with an average of 17ºC. It usually rains sometimes from November to May and in summer temperatures are at an average of 30ºC. The average temperature on the Costa del Sol throughout the year is around 19ºC.
There are 51 golf courses on the Costa del Sol, many of which are part of magnificent urbanizations or hotel complexes for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.

On the Costa del Sol the housing styles are mixed, with a great variety of large urban projects, new construction complexes with communal gardens and swimming pools, beautiful villas and large houses with private gardens and swimming pools. But there’s also a great variety of second hand housing in small flats or paired houses in cities, towns or urbanizations. The Costa del Sol has homes for all budgets.
