In dit artikel deel ik mijn visie op hoe de huidige economische shutdown de Spaanse markt voor vakantiewoningen beïnvloedt en wat dat voor jou als koper kan betekenen. Van de ene dag op de andere is de “machtsverhouding” in de vastgoedmarkt onverwachts en sterk verschoven in het voordeel van de koper. Voorlopig althans. Na jaren van prijsstijgingen zullen vakantiewoningen terug betaalbaarder worden, doch extra voorzichtigheid voor kopers is aan de orde in deze nieuwe situatie.
Spanje heeft het geluk omringd te zijn door oceaan en zee, met als gevolg: eindeloze witte zandstranden. Bovendien zijn deze stranden het grootste deel van het jaar gezegend met een mild en zonnig klimaat.

Temporarily at least. After years of price increases, holiday homes will now become more affordable, with fairer prices in many cases, but equally new caution for buyers is required.
